Cafe Florentine New Hartford in New Hartford

I can't think of anywhere else local that offers crepes made to order. Pastries just as good as the original store, and even a few gluten free options. Simply the best cannoli anywhere.

Great food, lovely pastries

A very upitty place, but not in a good way. Lady at the counter made me feel unwelcome and did not explain what anything was. She just stared blankly. Very uninviting place and the treats were very bland. I will not return.

The food and drinks were delicious! The atmosphere was wonderful and the cafe was beautiful.

Love their crepes! I come here as often as I can, coffee is great, sweets are amazing. If you haven't been here yet, you're missing out, BIG TIME!

The gluten free cupcakes are good.

The customer service is poor, and the carrot cake they sell is made by a third party company. They have a few items they sell that they don't make them selves. Many times the coffee is warm not hot.

Beautiful corner and quiet place but coffee quality needs a push to be at least on par with Starbucks.

We've been getting florentine's for a long time for the Italian pastries. They are always amazing. They moved just across the way, Google maps has not updated yet. It's next to painting with a twist now. I saw some sandwiches brought out, they looked good. The atmosphere is great as well.

I use to love this place some of the best Italian pastries you’ll ever have. Went today an they didn’t have any thing at all stopped making me homemade chocolate cups an sell another brand very disappointed.. also wasn’t impressed with my cheese cake nor was my girlfriend.. not the same place

Very cute, modern and chic cafe where you can order an assortment of caffeinated drinks and pastries. Loved the ambiance.

Recently moved - this place is outstanding. Had a small coffee shop feel but nearby the movies and shops for added convenience. Great selection of coffee, lattes, teas, treats and wine. Love it.

Great little cafe with great variety of desserts. But I can’t give it a full 5 stars or even 4 stars because the staff is so unbelievably rude. I’m sorry you don’t label your desserts and me asking what it is takes up 10 seconds of your time. I don’t need the eye rolling or the attitude.

I have not been overly impressed with the service, the girls usually seem like they would rather be doing anything else than taking your order. I have had my desserts mixed up a few times, but didn't realize until I opened the package at home. The first time dining was okay​, nothing too extravagant. The food was decent, very deli counter, sandwiches, and soup. There was a special, buy one get one free glass of wine that had we not of seen the sign hid behind the coffee creamer they wouldn't have offered?

I finally got to go recently, and let me just say that I am a fan! The coffee was amazing, the staff was kind and helpful, and the muffin I had was to DIE for!

Have only been there once but the ladies working that night exhibited great customer service. The desserts in the glass casing looked amazing. I will definitely be back because the place looked very new and clean. Loved the overall atmosphere and outdoor seating when weather permits.

For two slices of exquisite desserts and custom drinks it was less than twenty dollars! Great deal.

This place is incredibly amazing! The service is absoulutly perfect and the food omg the food they prepare is great. Portions are good for the amount of money you pay and they offer many good healthy meals. The desserts are a whole nother ballgame, I mean wow you can indulge into the tastiest sweets Utica has to offer. In the mood for a little wine they have a wine bar also. This is an ultimate place to go before a movie or after the movie or even just on a quit date night with your loved ones or just a friend. Everyone has to get over there and try them and enjoy, cause if you dont you have no idea what your missing.

The place is nice and deserts are delicious! But 3 stars because I've been there 3 times and only once I had a clean cup. It's better to take coffee in cup to go. It is not pleasant to drink coffee from a mug that hasn't been washed for who knows how long...

The crepes are delicious. My favorite is the strawberry, cannoli filled. Of course the coffee and pastries are still the best. Clean, modern, good service.

One of my favorite spots to hang out with friends. Love the fact that I can get a almond milk cappuccino!!!! Also, very impressed that they have some gluten free options. I ordered a gluten free rum cake for my birthday in September and it was amazingly delicious!!!

Great food but not a fan of the new location. It's so cold and modern compared to the previous location, if which I was a huge fan.

Great atmosphere. Great pastries and coffee. Great employees. Would be nice if it was open later than 10pm as it's a nice place to hang out with friends in the evening on a weekend or on any day.

Clearly it says they take cards, but the lady told me it was down, they don't take a check and I was pretty much forced to pay cash, the lady didn't ring it in the register either. Think she probably pocked the$50 bill for cake and pastry.

Nice selection of desserts. Nice atmosphere. A little bit too much echo inside.

I'm sure this would have been a great place to eat if I would have received my food. Waiting 1/2 hr.. went to counter, blank look...they hadn't put my order it. Wished they would have offered me a pastry for my trouble.

Good size with outside seating.. been here a few times now and few of those times the coffee was burnt.. the last few times I had lattes and those surprisingly were good. The service is horrible.. mostly young ladies who never smile, no greeting or eye contact and appear as if they've been forced to work. Bite bakery has much better service.. I'd rather give my money where it's appreciated but unfortunately its not open as late.

Love their pastries, and cakes!!!! I ho here often for a little treat. Very fresh, and delectable!
